Celebrating Rajiv Mungroo’s selection to the IIG Roots & Wings Programme

This programme, initiated by the Insurance Institute of Gauteng (IIG), is designed to provide young professionals in the short-term insurance industry with a competitive edge, connecting them with experienced mentors who are passionate about guiding and shaping the future leaders of our industry. Through structured mentorship, participants gain invaluable insights into career development, industry dynamics, and personal growth.

Rajiv has been paired with Clint from Van Flymen & Associates, an experienced industry professional who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the year. Reflecting on what inspired him to join the programme, Rajiv shares:
